Director Resignation - Re-Alignment of Responsibilities in line with Strategic Ambition
The Board of Sportech announces a change to the nature of Lorne Weil's relationship with the Company.
Lorne has tendered his resignation from the Board with immediate effect and will, instead of his Non-executive Directorship, remain affiliated with the Company in an ongoing advisory capacity.
Commenting on these developments, Roger Withers, Chairman said:
"Lorne has been an important contributor to the Board and, as a leading figure over many years in the gaming and technology industries in the United States, we look forward to his continued involvement as a consultant."
