Capital distribution dates
The Company re-confirms that the capital distribution of 35 pence per ordinary share will be paid to registered shareholders by reference to their holding of shares as at 6.00 p.m. on 28 July 2023. Assuming a T+2 settlement, the ex-dividend date in respect of the distribution is today, 27 July 2023. Therefore, any investor buying shares today on T+2 settlement will not be entitled to the dividend. The ex-dividend date is, however, guidance only and ultimately depends on the settlement date agreed between individual parties at the point of trade. The payment date is 11 August 2023.
