Superglass Holdings PLC, the UK's leading independent manufacturer of glass wool and mineral fibre insulation solutions, today announces that Chris Lea, Finance Director, is to leave the Company to take up the position of CFO at AIM-listed Indigovision Group plc. Chris will leave the business on a date still to be agreed, but no later than 30 June 2016.

Chris joined the Stirling-based Company in December 2013 and was a key member of the team that instituted the turnaround strategy and refinancing of the Company in October 2014. His new role at Indigovision will see him based in Roslin, by Edinburgh, closer to his family home.

A search process for a new Finance Director is underway and in the interim period, Chris will continue to be employed on a full-time basis until his effective date of departure is confirmed.
