Replacement RNS
The following RNS replaces the previous RNS entitled 'Director/PDMR Shareholder' released on 28 October 2022 at 3:25pm under RNS number 5454E in order to clarify that the date of the transactions was 28 October 2022. All other details remain unchanged.
Director/PDMR Share Dealing
Inspecs announces that it was notified on 28 October 2022 of the following PDMR purchases;
Robin Totterman, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 378,376 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52.47 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Robin Totterman and his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 17,774,952 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.5 per cent of the Group's issued share capital.
Chris Kay, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share. Catherine Kay, the wife of Chris Kay (CFO), purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchases, Chris Kay and his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 2,078,730 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.0 per cent of the Group's issued share capital.
