Further to the trading update on 21 May 2009 the Company has been looking at a number of options for financing for completion of the Brovary Logistics Center project.
Results for the year ended 31 December 2008 As a consequence of the ongoing refinancing discussions, the Company will be unable to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 before 30 June 2009 and accordingly the trading in its ordinary shares on AIM will be suspended until such time as it is able to publish the report and accounts. The board will update shareholders once it has a firm timetable for publication.
