Director Shareholding

Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM:AISI), announces that on 21 December 2011, the Company received notification that Paul Ensor, non executive chairman of the Company, had purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 72 pence per share earlier that day on behalf of his daughter.

Paul Ensor is now beneficially interested in 21,521 Ordinary Shares which equates to 0.52 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
