Aisi Realty Public Limited10 September 2007 10 September 2007 Aisi Realty Public Limited Acquisition of outdoor advertising business Aisi Realty Public Limited ("Aisi" or "the Company"), a property investmentcompany focusing on projects in Ukraine, is pleased to announce the acquisitionof an outdoor advertising business and its property assets in Kiev. This is theCompany's seventh acquisition since inception and its first acquisition sincethe successful admission of its shares to trading on AIM on 1 August 2007. The business which has been acquired owns 110 freestanding poster-boards inmajor footprint areas, five banner advertising hoardings on major traffic routesand the rights to nearly 2,000 advertising locations on Kiev's public transport. The total consideration is $2.1m for the business and the associated propertyassets. Over 65% of the business's available advertising space is currentlyunder contract until December 2008, providing a reliable source of income. Thebusiness will continue to be managed by the current Managing Director, SergeiKosenko, who has been involved in advertising for over 10 years. Aisi intends togrow this business organically through the addition of suitable advertisingsites.
