Trading Update
The Board of IQ Holdings, the specialist business research company, is today issuing an update on current trading.
Since the announcement of the interim results on 30 June 2009, trading conditions have continued to be difficult and some large contracts have been postponed by customers. Consequently the Group's results for the year to 30 September 2009 will be significantly below market expectation.Â
The Board has commenced a strategic review of its operations, which may result in a sale of the Group's subsidiaries. However, discussions are at a preliminary stage and there can be no certainty that any such transaction will be concluded.
