Further to the Company's announcement on 14 July 2010, and the passing of the relevant resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 8 September 2010, the transfer of 3,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Transfer Shares") from Odette McMahon to the Company has now been completed. The Transfer Shares will now be held in treasury.
