The Board of directors of 1Spatial (the "Board"), the AIM quoted software and performance management specialist, announces that Nicholas Snape has resigned his post as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Snape resigns to pursue other business interests and the Board would like thank him for his significant contribution to the development of 1Spatial and his efforts to ensure the successful merger of Avisen and 1Spatial. The Board wishes him every success in the future.
