CFO Appointment

1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, is pleased to announce that Andrew Fabian has been appointed Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, following four months as Interim CFO.

Andrew Fabian, Chief Financial Officer, commented, "I have very much enjoyed working with Claire and the team these last four months. The successful turnaround completed earlier in the year has put the Company on a strong footing to execute on its growth strategy, and I believe we have an exciting opportunity ahead."
