Investor Engagements

Sound Oil, the Italian focused upstream oil and gas company, invites existing shareholders to attend the following events during November and December:

·; an informal engagement, over a beverage, with the Executive team in London on 20th November at 17:30 hours.

·; an investor site visit to Italy on 11th and 12th December.

·; the next bi-monthly conference call with the Executive team at 11:00 hours on 13th December. This call will include a short presentation on the 2013/14 drill programme.

The investor site visit will be hosted by the Executive team and represents an opportunity for shareholders to personally observe the Company's operational progress. For those that wish to attend, flights, hotel expenses and any incidental expenses will be for shareholder's personal account, with the Company covering the cost of all meals and car transfers in Italy.
