Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sound Energy, the Moroccan and European focused upstream gas company, announces that it has been notified that James Parsons, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 53,158 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47.02 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, James Parsons is interested in 1,721,187 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
