Board change
Sound Oil, the upstream oil and gas company with assets in Indonesia, announces that Simon Davies, a non-executive director of the Company, will be leaving the Board with effect from 12 June 2010. The Company would like to thank Mr Davies for the valuable contribution he has made since joining the Board shortly before the Company's flotation on AIM in 2005.
