Badile Update
Sound Energy, the Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, announces that the "Conferenza dei Servizi", hosted by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, to consider the final Badile permission to drill was held today.
The Company is pleased to report that its positive dialogue with the Italian authorities continues and that no objections to the project were raised at the meeting. However, a request has been made for one additional suite of technical information - which will be submitted by the Company shortly. It is expected that a second "Conferenza dei Servizi" meeting will be convened thereafter and the Company remains confident of a successful conclusion to the Badile permitting.
Further announcements will be made in this regard, as appropriate, in due course.
