MeDaVinci, the investment company focussed on technologies, products and services in the health and wellness markets, has noted the recent share price movement. The Board is not aware of any new matters impacting upon the share price.
The business continues to perform in line with the Board's expectations. We are in a number of advanced discussions relating to the technologies associated with our investee companies which should benefit the Group in the future and enhance shareholder value.
