Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has issued 2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01p in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at 1.5p in settlement of professional fees.
Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around 9 May 2017. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares in issue is 264,728,022 ordinary shares, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 264,728,022. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
