Medavinci Plc ("Medavinci" or the "Company")

Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification of the following Directors' dealings, pursuant to the placing announced on 8 July 2009 (the "Placing") and the admission to trading of the placing shares on 13 July 2009:

Mr Adam Reynolds, chairman, subscribed for 24,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.1p per share, pursuant to the Placing. This subscription was effected through his shareholding in Diablo Consulting Limited ("Diablo") in which he holds 50 per cent. of the issued share capital. Diablo subscribed for 48,500,000 ordinary shares at 0.1p per share pursuant to the Placing. Following this subscription, the total holding of Adam Reynolds in the Company amounts to 24,250,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 4.9 per cent. of the issued share capital). 

Mr Glyn Hirsch, director, subscribed for 50,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.1p per share, pursuant to the Placing. Following this subscription, the total holding of Glyn Hirsch in the Company amounts to 52,500,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 10.6 per cent. of the issued share capital).

Mr Michael Hough, director, subscribed for 50,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.1p per share, pursuant to the Placing. Following this subscription, the total holding of Michael Hough in the Company amounts to 52,000,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 10.5 per cent. of the issued share capital). 

Mr Paul Foulger, finance director, subscribed for 24,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.1p per share, pursuant to the Placing. This subscription was effected through his shareholding in Diablo Consulting Limited ("Diablo") in which he holds 50 per cent. of the issued share capital. Diablo subscribed for 48,500,000 ordinary shares at 0.1p per share pursuant to the Placing. Following this subscription, the total holding of Paul Foulger in the Company amounts to 24,250,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 4.9 per cent. of the issued share capital).
