Sosandar, the online women's fashion brand, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's AGM held today were duly approved.
In addition, the Company can confirm that it intends to release a trading update covering the six-month period ended 30 September 2022 on Tuesday 18 October 2022.
