FIRST-HALF FY16 GBP EQUIVALENT DIVIDEND PAYMENTS
Abingdon, 8 December 2015 - The Board of Sophos Group plc ("Sophos") today announced the GBP equivalent dividend payments in respect of the first-half FY16 interim dividend, which was announced on 11 November 2015 at 0.7 US cents per ordinary share. The USD to GBP exchange rate used to convert the dividends into GBP of £1:$1.50999 is based on the market rate obtained on 7 December 2015.
Accordingly, dividends on ordinary shares will be paid at the rate of approximately 0.4635 GB pence per ordinary share. This dividend will be payable on 18 December 2015 to those members whose names were on the Register of Members on 20 November 2015.
