Block Listing Application

An application has been made to the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for 15,047,919 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'Block Listing Shares') to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities using a block listing ('Block Listing Admission'). The Block Listing Shares will, upon issue, rank equally with all the other ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the capital of Company that are then in issue.
