Interim Dividend Announcement
Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited is pleased to announce the Company's interim dividend (the 'Dividend') for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020 in respect of the Ordinary shares.
The Dividend of 1.3125 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 06 November 2020 with an associated ex-dividend date of 05 November 2020 and a payment date of 30 November 2020.

Hipgnosis, which was founded by Merck Mercuriadis, is a Guernsey registered investment company established to offer investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated musical intellectual property rights. The Company has raised a total of over £1.05 billion (gross equity capital) through its Initial Public Offering on 11 July 2018, and subsequent issues in April 2019, August 2019, October 2019, July 2020 and September 2020.
