The Company announces that it has been advised that Andrew Sutch, a Director of the Company, has acquired 1,071 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the automatic reinvestment of dividend proceeds. Following this transaction, Mr Sutch holds a total of 65,996 Ordinary Shares, which equates to 0.005% of the issued share capital.

Notes to Editors About Hipgnosis Songs Fund Hipgnosis, which was founded by Merck Mercuriadis, is a Guernsey registered investment company established to offer investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated musical intellectual property rights.
