Somero announces on 31 March 2016 it was notified that on 30 March 2016 John Yuncza, Executive Director and CFO, purchased 17,500 shares of common stock in the Company at a price of 151.0p and Robert Scheuer, non-executive Director, purchased 22,500 shares of common stock in the Company at a price of 151.0p. As a result of these transactions, Mr. Yuncza now owns 39,613 shares of common stock, representing 0.07% of total common stock in issue excluding Treasury shares, and Mr. Scheuer now owns 25,000 shares of common stock, representing 0.04% of total common stock in issue excluding Treasury shares.
