Mr Weingarten stated: "It has been a true pleasure working with Stuart, Jack, Mike and the rest of theteam at Somero. However, based upon our reduced share position in the company,my colleagues at Gores and I have determined that I should resign my Boardposition in order to focus on investing capital from our recently raised $1.3billion private equity fund.
