Director Shareholding
Somero announces that it was notified on 10 November 2015 that on 10 November 2015 Lawrence Horsch, Non-Executive Chairman, completed the sale of 55,000 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 129.0 pence per share, completing his total sell order of 60,000 ordinary shares.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr. Horsch's beneficial interest in Somero is now 92,000 ordinary shares, or 0.2% of Somero's total issued share capital.
The Company's total ordinary share capital is 56,425,598 ordinary shares and the Company holds 318,866 of its shares in Treasury with 56,106,732 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares, which was unchanged by the above transaction.
