Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value added component supplier and design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products, announces that Peter James, Chief Financial Officer, and his wife Rosemary James, have transferred ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") from their respective personal holdings into Rosemary's SIPP, effected by the sale and repurchase of Ordinary Shares in the quantities and prices set out below.

Solid State was established in 1971 and admitted to AIM in June 1996. The Group has grown organically and by acquisition - having made four acquisitions in the last four years.
