Announcement to London Stock Exchange

Total Voting Rights

SolGold plc ("SolGold" or the "Company") announces, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights as at the date of 30 November 2015 is 822,716,605 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

SolGold does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.

Please note that the above figure for total number of shares in issue differs by 1 share from the figure stated in the announcement of 19 November 2015. The figure stated in this announcement is correct.
