StatPro Group plc, (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of cloud-based portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry, announces that it has today emailed or posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, 14 May 2014 at Mansel Court, Mansel Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 4AA.
