Smiths News plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 5p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility:
1. On 12 and 13 November 2020 the purchase of 160,000 ordinary 5p shares for an average market price of 26.944p by a custodian on behalf of Mrs Sally Blackwood's investment ISA, Mrs Blackwood being a person closely associated to David Blackwood, Chairman. Mrs Blackwood is the beneficial owner of the acquired shares.
