SNR, the AIM listed natural resources developer operating in South Africa, announces that it has been informed today that on 17 April 2013 Cooch 1095 Ltd disposed of 2,937,736 ordinary shares of 1p each in SNR ("Ordinary Shares") in an off market transaction. Following this disposal, Cooch 1095 Ltd now has a total interest in 23,867,264 Ordinary Shares in SNR, equivalent to 14.03% of SNR's total issued share capital.
In order to fund its initial investment in SNR, Cooch entered into a number of loan agreements with parties who have the right to request the disposal of the SNR shares to repay these loans. For reasons unrelated to SNR, one of these investors has chosen to convert their loan to Cooch into the SNR shares, hence the reason for this disposal.
