Changes in subsidiary directors
SNR, the AIM listed natural resources developer operating in South Africa, announces that David Nel has resigned as the CEO and a director of Elitheni Coal (Pty) Ltd ("Elitheni"), the Company's 74% owned subsidiary. An announcement on the appointment of a new CEO of Elitheni will be made in due course.
SNR has appointed Andy Brennan (SNR's Chairman) as one of its representatives (alongside Gabriel Ruhan) to the board of Elitheni. This appointment will strengthen SNR's ability to positively influence operational matters in Elitheni.
In addition Rapitrade 644 (Pty) Ltd, a 20% shareholder of Elitheni, had nominated Ms Thembela Toko to replace Ms Nofumdu Twala as one of it's representative on the Elitheni board.
