Senior plc: H1 2026 Post-Close Trading Update

Continued positive momentum, increased Full Year expectations

Senior plc ("Senior" or the "Group"), an international manufacturer of high technology components and systems, today issues this trading update for the half year ended 30 June 2026 (the "Period").

Following the April 2026 trading update we have continued to see positive momentum in the business. As a result, with both Aerospace and Flexonics divisions contributing to the improved trading, we now expect full year trading performance to be ahead of the Board's expectations set out in our April trading update. The Group will announce its results for the half year ending 30 June 2026 on Monday 3 August 2026.

Notes

We measure Group performance on an adjusted basis, which excludes items that do not directly reflect the underlying trading performance in the Period.

The Group's principal foreign exchange translation exposure is to the US Dollar. Our current assumption is that the average US Dollar to Pound Sterling exchange rate for the full year 2026 is $1.35.
