Grant of share awards
SANNE, a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate services, announces that on 20 April 2020 awards over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company were made to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) under the Company's Performance Share Plan, as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards which are structured as conditional share awards.
The vesting of an award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The awards will normally vest on the later of the third anniversary of grant and the determination of the performance conditions.
In addition, Martin Schnaier and James Ireland have been awarded 6,136 and 5,405 deferred shares, respectively, under the Company's 2019 Annual Bonus Plan (ABP), also with a grant date of 20 April 2020. As per the rules of the ABP, 50% of any bonus earned is deferred into shares for three years.
