In accordance with the requirements of UK Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, Sanne announces that on 1 August 2022 awards over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company vested for a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR). Cindy Peters, Chief Human Resources Officer, received 14,219 shares, including 438 dividend shares, on the vesting of awards granted under the Company's 2019 Performance Share Plan. No consideration was paid for the shares.
