Taking in consideration the vacancy in the Board of Directors of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. further to the resignation of Ms. Baciu Sorana Rodica as director in the Board of Directors, pursuant to the provisions of Article 1372 paragraph 1 of the Company Law no.31/1990 and the provisions of Article 23 paragraph 14(a) of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, the Board of Directors appoints Mr. Sebastian - Gabriel Tcaciuc as interim Director in the Board of Directors of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A., until the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 25, 2016.

Mr. Sebastian- Gabriel Tcaciuc's mandate as interim Director of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. will be effective starting with February 23, 2016.
