S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Board of Directors decided on March 24, 2016 to continue the commercial relationship with S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A. under the same contractual conditions as provided in contract no.34/2015 and the related addenda, correlated with the sale price approved in S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Trading Policy and requests the Executive management to:

a) negotiate with Societatea Electrocentrale București S.A in order to increase the share of the amounts allocated to overdue payments from advance payments;

b) speed up legal proceedings against Societatea Electrocentrale București S.A with respect to the debt.
