Following the transaction on the secondary market on October 21, 2015, S.C. Fondul Proprietatea S.A. no longer holds the significant shareholder position within S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A., because the percentage held in the share capital of the Company fell below the threshold of 10 % .

According to the notification sent by the shareholder, S.C. Fondul Proprietatea S.A. holds 23,827,960 ordinary shares, representing 6.18 % of the company's share capital and of the voting rights at S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A General Meeting of Shareholders.
