Under the provisions of Article 234 par. 1 letter l) of A.S.F. Regulation no. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations and of Article 99 letter e) of Bucharest Stock Exchange Code - Market Operator, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that by Judgment no. 97 / 10.03.2021 of the Sibiu County Court of Law, which remained final, the court made a record of the plaintiff's Micu Radu - Constantin waiver of the trial.

We recall that, by the current report published on September 27, 2018, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informed its shareholders and investors regarding the action filed by Mr. Micu Radu-Constantin for the annulment of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. OGMS Decision no. 8/06.07.2018, such action being the object of case file no. 1974/85/2018 before Sibiu County Court of Law.
