Significant event to be reported:

· Continuing the contractual relationship with S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A.

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Board of Directors decided during the Board meeting held on February 25, 2016 to continue the commercial relations with S.C. Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A by concluding an addendum for March 2016 (March 01 - March 31, 2016). The addendum shall have the same contractual provisions as those provided in the contract no.34/2015.

The Board of Directors assigns the management of the company to take further steps in order to conclude a rescheduling agreement for the debt of Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A., until March 10, 2016, conditional upon obtaining guarantees pursuant to the Decision nr.23/2015 of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. Board of Directors. Otherwise, Romgaz will file the court action against Electrocentrale Bucuresti S.A., through simple procedure, until March 15, 2016.
