STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND
As announced on 28 July 2022, an interim dividend for 2022 of 14.4 US cents per ordinary share will be paid on 26 October 2022 to shareholders whose name appeared on the Register at the close of business on 30 September 2022. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 12.91 pence per share.
