RedstoneConnect Plc (AIM:REDS), a leading provider of technology and services for smart buildings and commercial spaces, was notified on 6 September 2016 that, on that day, Mark Braund, CEO of the Company, purchased 275,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1.8459 pence per ordinary share.

Following the transaction, Mr. Braund has a beneficial interest in 14,485,316 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was informed on 2 September 2016 that, on that date, Spencer Dredge, CFO of the Company, sold (and his Self-Invested Personal Pension immediately re-bought) 1,392,857 ordinary shares in the Company. The sale of ordinary shares in Mr. Dredge's own name to his Self-Invested Personal Pension was made at 1.9 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, there has been no change to the total beneficial holding of Mr. Dredge and he continues to be interested in 3,212,652 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
