Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 28 January 2016 that Mark Braund, Chief Executive Officer, through the JMC Trust purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company today at a price of 1.29 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mark Braund is interested in 10,638,888 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.76% per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
