Block Listing Application
St. Modwen announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,900,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").
These Shares will be issued for the purposes of satisfying the exercise of awards made under the St. Modwen 2017 Performance Share Plan, 2007 Executive Share Option Scheme and 2017 Employee Share Option Plan.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that Admission will take place on Wednesday 4 August 2021.
