Total Voting Rights
In compliance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, as at 30th September 2015 the issued ordinary share capital of the Company comprised 221,876,988 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 221,876,988.
The total voting rights figure of 221,876,988 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
