DIRECTORS' CHANGE IN RESPONSIBILITIES
Further to a review led by the Nomination & Governance Committee, the Board has agreed a number of changes to the Board's Committee structure and the Committees' memberships.
The changes will take effect from 1 February 2024 such that from that date the Committee structure and the Committee memberships will be as set-out below:
