Legrand SA has issued its notice of meeting for its 2023 shareholder general meeting to be held on 31 May 2023. At the meeting a resolution will be proposed seeking the appointment of Clare Scherrer as an independent non-executive Director of Legrand SA. If Clare's appointment is approved by shareholders it will take effect from 31 May 2023.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14(1).
