ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
Further to the release of the Smiths Group plc (the 'Company') Full Year Results for the financial year ended 31 July 2025 on 23 September 2025, the Company confirms that the following documents have today been made available to shareholders:
1. Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 July 2025 ('Annual Report FY2025');
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 ('Notice of AGM 2025'); and
3. Annual General Meeting 2025 Proxy Form.

In compliance with the Listing Rules, a copy of the Annual Report FY2025, the Notice of AGM 2025 and the Annual General Meeting 2025 Proxy Form will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism ('NSM') and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
For the purposes of complying with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Annual Report FY2025, available on the NSM and on the Company's website, contains the required regulated information in unedited form.
