ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
Further to the release of the Smiths Group plc (the 'Company') Full Year Results for the financial year ended 31 July 2024 on 24 September 2024, the Company confirms that the following documents have today been made available to shareholders:
1. Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 July 2024 ('Annual Report FY2024');
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 ('Notice of AGM 2024');
3. Annual General Meeting 2024 Proxy Form; and
4. Sustainability at Smiths Report for the financial year ended 31 July 2024.
