Share Buyback
Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM") producer and developer with assets in South Africa, announces that the Company has, on 19 June 2023, acquired 119,038 Ordinary Shares of $0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from the market at an average price of 79.14 pence per Ordinary Share, placed into Treasury pending cancellation.
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the purchase of these shares, the Company's issued share capital is 279,000,000 Ordinary Shares. A total of 13,312,870 Ordinary Shares, including 997,409 pending cancellation, are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Sylvania is 265,687,130 Ordinary Shares.

Sylvania Platinum is a lower-cost producer of platinum group metals (PGM) (platinum, palladium and rhodium) with operations located in South Africa.
